Remote Support means that you can call us from your desk, home or other location and we can then, with your permission, log on to your computer remotely and perform most of the tasks we could do on site.
System requirements for your computer are:
- Windows7, Windows Vista, Windows XP & Server 2003 (all including 64-bit); Windows 98, ME & 2000
- Broadband connectivity to the Internet (i.e.T1, cable modem, ISDN or DSL)
Tasks we can perform include the following:
- Software Installation
- PC Hard Drive maintenance
- PC tuning
- Software instruction - MYOB, Quicken, Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Set up of Email Accounts
- Regular system maintenance
- Problem solving
Remote Support is not suitable for hardware upgrades or some kinds of virus infestations where the access to the Internet has been compromised.
